Hosting & Server Log Files (1blu vServer)

We use a vServer hosted by 1blu AG to provide infrastructure, computing capacity, and security services for this website. In doing so, we or our hosting provider process data of visitors based on our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of this online offer (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

Based on our legitimate interests, data about every access to the server (server log files) is automatically collected. This includes the accessed webpage, file, date and time, amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and the user's IP address. For security reasons (e.g., to investigate abuse or fraud), log file information is stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted.

Contacting Us

When contacting us (e.g., via contact form, email, or social media), the user's details are processed to handle the request according to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Inquiries are deleted when they are no longer necessary, subject to statutory archiving obligations.

Cookies & Google Analytics

If you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. The use includes the "Universal Analytics" operating mode. When accessing these networks, user data may be processed outside the EU. Meta Platforms is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. laut.fm API & Radio Widget

This website uses the public laut.fm API to display currently playing songs and station info. When accessing the API, general information (like IP address, browser type) is automatically transmitted to laut.fm. This is technically necessary.

When the laut.fm radio widget is embedded, anonymous usage data is also collected for statistical purposes (SZMnG measurement by INFOnline GmbH) to evaluate the reach of the radio station. Deletion of Data & Retention Period

The data processed by us will be deleted or its processing restricted in accordance with GDPR. Unless explicitly stated in this privacy policy, stored data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent its deletion (e.g., 10 years for tax-relevant documents, 6 years for commercial letters).

Rights of Data Subjects & Right to Complain

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether data concerning you is being processed, and to receive information about this data. You also have the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR).

Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw given consents for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR) and the right to object to future processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
